Advice and remuneration

Our advice, commitment and brokerage of insurance and loans are non-binding and free of charge for you. We get our commissions or brokerage fees from insurance or financial institutions for processing and brokering, regardless of which company you ultimately choose.

You can also get commission-free products from us. In this case, you will receive a written offer from us about our services. In any case, the initial consultation is free of charge for you. We only act according to your order once you have been commissioned.

In general, you will not incur any costs on our part as long as you have not instructed us in advance in writing or electronically (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).

Obligation to record telephone calls

For the protection of the customer and for regulatory reasons, the financial advisors are legally obliged to record and store the telephone calls and other electronic communication with the customer. This obligation is regulated in accordance with EU Directive MIFID II, WpHG Section 83 (3) and FinVermV Section 18a and Section 22. The customer has the right to request a copy of the recording.
