The Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) offers private persons, landlords to finance part of their financing with promotional loans and grants. A combination of state subsidies and your real estate financing can mean better conditions and savings for you.
If you build a new house or buy or renovate a house or apartment, you can get low-interest KfW loans. Further funding programs support the conversion to renewable energies, the installation of photovoltaic systems or the conversion to barrier-free, age-appropriate living space. It is important that the KfW funding is applied for before the start of construction or renovation or before the purchase. You submit the KfW application to the same financial institution where you want to carry out the financing.
